Sustainable Media is committed to supporting organizations that are catalysts for social and environmental change. Sometimes those with the most important messages have the least amount of funding. The rates shown above are discounted 20% if your organization is non-profit. In certain cases, Sustainable Media may also consider bartering for services. Organizations may be asked to verify non-profit status by producing articles of inclusion.

Turn Around Time

First drafts on most projects typically take 5-7 business days, with small jobs often taking much less time. Web content and large projects may take longer.

Fee Schedule

For new clients and flat fees quoted over $700, one half of the agreed upon fee is due before work commences. Remaining balances are due 15 days from the invoice date to be submitted on delivery and final approval of completed project. An interest rate of 1.5% is charged on all accounts paid later than 30 days from the date of invoice. Should a project be cancelled or placed on hold for any reason, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date. Long-term projects are invoiced monthly. Exceptions to the invoice and payment terms are possible with a written agreement between both parties.
