funding. The rates shown above are discounted
20% if your organization is non-profit. In
certain cases, Sustainable Media may also consider
bartering for services. Organizations may be asked to
verify non-profit status by producing articles of
inclusion.

Because each client's project is
unique in size and scope, rates will vary somewhere
within the ranges listed above. If you don't see
your project listed here, please contact us to
discuss if we can be of service to you. Rates
quoted are on a per project basis, however, we do
offer hourly rates of $40.00 with a 2-hour minimum.

Turn Around Time

Typical Jobs- First drafts on
most "regular" projects typically
take 5-9 business days. This includes press
releases, brochures, sales letters, etc.
Media kits, web content and large projects take
longer.

Rush Jobs-If you need us to
"drop everything" in favor of your
project, add 35% and we can have your first draft
done in 3-4 days. Rush Jobs apply to
"regular" projects only.

Sprint Jobs- If your in a
real pickle, add 70% and we can get your first
draft to you in just 48 hours! Sprint Jobs apply to
"regular" projects only.
Fee Schedule
For new clients and flat fees quoted
over $700, one-half of the agreed upon fee is due
before work commences. Remaining balances are due 15
days from the invoice date to be submitted on delivery
and final
approval of project. An interest rate of 1.5% is
charged on all accounts later than 30 days from the
date of invoice.
